Converting lenses to the Sony Alpha 7

I can easily convert my manual-focus lenses to use them on the Sony Alpha 7 Mark I.

I use K&F Concept adapters, which are well made and have a great feel to them. However they are pretty heavy, and sticking the 75-200mm zoom lens on the Alpha 7 with this adapter makes that a comically heavy setup.
But using the Helios 44m-4 or the Minolta MD 28mm f/2.8 on the Alpha 7 is a very nice experience, and so much cheaper than purchasing modern glass for it.
